Every hour the queen lays honey in one claimed cell: 1% of the pot for that bee and 0.25% for each bee touching it. A cell's chance is 1 plus one per claimed neighbour, so clusters win.
Day 3, swarm hour: honey every 10 minutes. Day 7: the biggest connected colony splits the rest.
